- Afternoon consultation hours are up to 6:30. (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)

Appointment
We accept your appointment by phone in order to shorten waiting time especially for sick children.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact our reception counter. We thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
Our appointment system provides mainly two options.
You can make an appointment through automated phone service or via Internet by PC, smartphone, or cell-phone.
Automated Phone Appointment System for 24 hours a day.
Appointment by Phone
- We accept appointments for consultation, health checkup, and vaccination 1 month in advance.
- Automated phone appointment system can accept your appointment even in the middle of night or early morning for 24 hours a day.
- You can reach our appointment service by public phone or mobile phone as well as fixed-line phone.
Advantages of Telephone Appointment
- You don't need to come from early morning to get in a line.
- Your waiting time in the clinic becomes shorter.
- Overcrowding in the waiting room and parking lot is reduced.
Please note when you come to our clinic.
- Please present yourself 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Please note that if you arrive late, your appointment will be cancelled and you have to make a new appointment.
- Scheduled time for consultation does not necessarily mean the starting time of consultation. Depending on emergencies or circumstances, it is anticipated that consultation orders might be changed, or we might ask you to wait a little bit longer. We apologize in advance for that.
- We accept any consultation without phone reservation. Please make a request for consultation at the reception counter. Even if the schedule is full with appointments by phone, it is sometimes possible to accept your appointment at the reception counter. Please do not hesitate to ask about it.
- New patients can make an appointment by phone. Please use the telephone service.
